4)认知休息(cognitive rest)🧘♀️ 在认知上获得休息是非常重要的,我们需要找到让自己“心理关机(mentally switching off)”的休息方式。否则,即使在身体和行为层面没有工作,我们的大脑可能也停不下对工作的思考和担忧,依旧感到十分劳累(也就是大家常说的“内耗”)。
