Repetition dominates the world. Days repeat, nights repeat, weeks and years repeat and four seasons repeat. The earth repeats, the moon repeats and the sun repeats. You may refute the opinion by saying that each day is a new one and this winter is different from that one. But remember the differences in length, temperature and things like that don't determine the essence and the changes can't deny the fact that repetition is permanent while changes are fleeting. By Repetition, we get to know more about the world and human beings rather than changes.Even we will not hesitate to say changes vary in a permanent way. It's just because that changes vary in a regular way that we can find how the world runs little by little,step by step. Any scientific finding, till it can be repeated, will not be recognised.And theory or principle, till it can repeat itself, will not be universally acknowledged.Repetition is the handle which can only be used to open the world and find the truth. Through the changes, we desire to find the principle of repetition; by observing uncertainty, we desire to be sure of certainty.Whoever claims a truth has to proves a repetition, otherwise, his what he calls truth seems ridiculous. Repetition makes human beings confident about logos. Repetition lets human beings desire something permanent. Repetition has human beings seek truths. Never forget that it is Repetition that makes the world possible! If you want to understand more about the world, you should focus more on repetition but not the changes. If you want to improve your judgment, you should concentrate your mind more on repetition and find what is not changing behind the changes. What will philosophy tell us? What will science tell us? What will rationale tell us? What will psychology tell us? Repetition or rather, what repeats. History does the same thing. Till now, they are not so successful, but whatthey attempt to do is to tell us what repeats. |
