外贸:第一次开场白怎么说?

如果你不知道第一次电话沟通或者开发信该怎么写, 那不妨注册几个免费的网站,或者多接听几个推销电话,那么你大概的思路就会出来了, 如果还没有思路,我们还可以100%的模仿即可。下面来总结一些开场白,看看我们有没有用过?

第一类,正式介绍类,这大概也是我们经常能想到的,也是经常用到的,主要是以介绍我们公司为主,比如我是做XXX产品的,我们的工厂在XX处,我们有多少年的生产经验,我们的产品主要有XX,我们的热销产品是XX,我们有各类证书如:XXX,最后再加上如果有需求可以联系我们。

Eg: we are the factory of XX, we main produce XX for about more than ten years, and our strong products are XXX which is hot sell in the market, and we have the xxx certification, if you are interested in our products, please contact us freely, hope we can make a strong-business cooperation.

第二类:询问式的开场白,主要是以询问客户为主,比如:请问你们是XX公司吗?你们做什么产品的吗?你们是否需要XX产品?你们的需求量是多少?你们之前在哪里采购?你之前的价格是多少?你们有没有打算换新的供货商?我们是做XX产品的,如果你需要可以联系我们,我们不仅价格有优势,而且质量还有保证等等,

Eg: are you XX company? What your product is xx right? And do you need XX commodity which can added in the products xx? Can we know your annul order quantity for this products? And where you purchased before, if possible,please share the price with us, do you intend to find some new suppliers? We are main produce XX and we can give you a more competitive price for your reference with good quality, any like, contact me.

第三类,吸引式开场白。 主要是让对方看到我们给予对方的某些优惠,比如:您好,请问您是XX公司吗?你们是否需要XX产品?我们是XX厂家,现在正在做活动,可以免费邮寄样品让您尝试,如果您感兴趣,请告诉我们你的地址或者联系方式,我们给您寄送样品,后期感觉样品不错,打算订货的时候可以联系我。

Eg: are you XX company and looking for the XX products? Glad to share you with a good news that now our factory have a promotion activity, we will provide the free sample to the customers who interested in our XX products, if you want to get one free sample to test, please contact us and leave your contact information ,so that we can send the sample for your your checking, when you want to order goods after checking, please contact me directly.

第四类:查询式,这类询问通常不介绍自己公司,只是在不断的询问对方的信息,犹如领导审查工作一样,如果对方没有警觉性, 通常都会误认为是第三方检测人员,会主动的配合一问一答。如果想套取对方的价格等,可以略微尝试一下。

Eg: are you XX company right? You have imported XX from xx company, right? What is the quantity and how about the quality? Your purchased time is? And your new purchasing time is ? 一般当我们询问到这里的时候,有的客户会反应过来询问你是做什么的,有的客户还在等待我们询问下一个问题,而客户之所以会如实回答的原因大概在于我们询问的气势上。

第五类开场白,采购式,这个是以采购的身份跟客户沟通而不是供货商的身份,此时客户会觉得你是他的顾客,会特别的或者超有耐心的介绍产品,有的时候也会说一些产品上可能用到的原料等等。

Eg: do you have the products X and what the price now? Could you explain why your price is such high and what the main materials of your products X,have you added xx in your products? where you import this materials? 然后接着话题可以转到I know one factory who can produce this materials ,the price is xx and have a good public praise.if you use this factory materials, your sale price can get some down..

当我们没有销售思路或者想不到更好的解决方案的时候,不妨多接听几个推销电话, 也许可以从他们的推销里领悟到一些别的东西,所以不要抱怨那些陌生的推销电话,虽然会浪费我们一些时间,但是却也可以给我们一些有用的信息提示。
