马六甲新加坡海峡西行注意事项

由于马六甲新加坡海峡内船舶通航密度大，通航环境复杂，发生碰撞和搁浅等事故的几率很大，故海峡内航行一直是航运公司、船东和船长以及驾驶员关心的问题，本人结合英文图书《Passage Planning Guide – Strait of Malacca and Singapore 2021 Edition》和其他英版航海图书资料整理了一些资料与大家分享，希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用，也希望各位前辈和同仁能够不吝赐教和指正。
本文以大型散货船西行到 AEBA 锚地加油，继而西行走新加坡、马六甲海峡为路线进行分析。
夜间,海峡内锚地和港口的背景灯光严重影响到驾驶台值班瞭望，特别要关注没有AIS 的独木舟、小船和渔船，利用合适的瞭望手段，及时发现并采取合适的避让措施，安排足够的防海盗班人员；
海峡内的流向流速多变，提前查阅潮汐表，了解海峡及锚地潮汐、潮流情况，以便更好的控制安全航速，对可能的引水延误、穿越航道等留有控速余地；赤道水域凌晨雷暴天气比较多，森林火灾等原因引起的能见度不良，随时做好能见度不良情况发生的准备，随时调整雷达状态，特别是小物标的捕捉，对周围航行状态做到心中有数，了解对航行的不利影响；VLCC 和CAPE 船等大型船舶的操纵性差，特别是速度小于 Minimum steering speed 时，操纵性迅速变差，由于受风和受流面积的急剧增大，当遭遇横流或横风时，其操纵性更是变得非常差，甚至失控，随时与她船保持安全距离，特别避免近距离穿越锚泊船艏；与陆地上的大型翻斗车或集装箱车在十字路口转弯，无法避让自行车一样，VLCC 和 CAPE 船等大型船舶转向需要的余地，如旋回半径等旋回数据要比小船的数据大的非常多，还有从发出舵令到舵反应的时间 也要比小船需要的时间长，特别是吃水大的时候，大型船舶从操舵开始到转向超过90度，至少在 700米以上，在加上船头到驾驶台接近260 米的距离，一共需要接近1000 米的距离，这还是在迅速反应，满舵旋回的状态下，得出的数据。在此，呼吁小渔船或小型船舶，请远离VLCC 和CAPE 船等大型船舶，保持在2 海里以上的安全距离，避免发生紧迫局面或碰撞事故。
