- 我的翻译可能有点头重脚轻，状语有点长了。这么翻译的原因是，我觉得”只要...“后面的两个递增其实也是前提条件，确切的说，播种面积稳定是总前提，递增是总前提下要达到的前提。Given 后面可以跟从句，也可以这样 Given a.... and that .....
- 如果要避免头重脚轻，也可以先说 achieve target, given...
- 可能还是原译文那样处理比较好，Given 总前提，achieve target if 两个递增前提做到了
- 粮食单产和播种面积的翻译，政府报告与原译文不太一样。考虑到政府报告比较新，建议用采用政府报告的译文
