A. Preparation for Dry-Dock 1. Marking of reparing places. 2. Check of necessary spares and stores during dry-dock. And if not sufficient, preparation of receiving them. 3. Plan for entering draft and deballasting. 4. Confirming the way of discharging water/oil from inspecting tank. and opening of manholes of inspecting tank. 5. Preliminary performance test for each eqipments. 6. Preparation of tables for bottom plugs' position a.nd R.O.B. in each tanks. 7. Carry out holds cleaning after confirm with the Company. 8. Prevention measures of discharging water during dry-dock. 9. Disposal of garbages. 10. Preparation of lock for cabins and stores. Storage of the valuables. 11. Storage of nuts for opening manholes and replace poor condition of them. 12. Preparation of check list for opened manholes. 13. Discharging of holds bildge. 14. Taking photo as evidence before applying paint for life boats and others. 15. Arrangement to hold bilge wells against sand blast work. 16. Ensuring of drinking and fresh water, and plan of its using and disposal. (if living on board during dry-docking). 17. Marking of tools (for prevention of theif, preferable attractive color). 18. Collection of navigation information until dockyard and special regulation. at place of dockyard, and the information shall be provided to the crew. 19. Table of arrangement for each sensors on bottom. B. Works with dry-docking in 1. Re-confirming of draft, anchorage, time of entering dock and others. 2. Closing of toilets. 3. Closing of overboard valve for sewage plant. 4. Transfering galley to shore. 5. Confirming of lock up for cabins and stores. 6. Storage of each sensors on bottom and power off. 7. Stop of operation for navigation appliance and cargo gears. C. Works with dry-docking out 1. Confirming of time of dry-docking out and the information shall be provided to crew. 2. Preparation of sailing documents. 3. Confirming of painted condition for out of hull including bottom. 4. Confirming of removal of steps in tanks/holds, and cargo residue in bildge well. 5. Unloading of exchanged useless parts and hydraulic oil. 6. Confirming of closing for bottom plugs and fitting for sea-chest grid cover. 7. Confirming of closing for manholes of tanks. 8. Confirming of draft for dry-docking out and preparation of ballasting plan. 9. Measuring of ship's constant. 10. Opening of overboard valve for sewage plant. 11. Opening of toilets. 12. Confirming of re-fitted each sensors on bottom. 13. Confirming of operation for navigation appliance and cargo gear. 14. Inform to concerned parties after return to original couse. 15. Preparation for statement of deviation. |
