Contractor is not required to employ any Subcontractor, supplier or other person or organization to furnish any of the work to whom Contractor has reasonable objection. Contractor shall not delay or postpone any Work because of pending unresolved disputes, disagreements, or alternative resolution processes, except as Owner and Contractor may agree in writing. 承包商应继续实施工程，并在与业主的所有争议、分歧或替代解决过程中遵守进度计划。承包商不得因未解决的争议、分歧或替代解决程序而延误或推迟任何工作，除非业主和承包商以书面形式达成一致。 3.3.9 Cleaning. 3.3.9 清理场地 Contractor shall always, keep the Site and the Work clean and free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by the construction activities under the Contract. Contractor will be furnished, free of charge, the number of complete sets of the Drawings, Specifications, and addenda as provided in the Agreement or the Owner’s Special Conditions. Additional complete sets of Drawings and Specifications, if requested, will be furnished at reproduction cost to the entity requesting such additional sets. Quality Control 第8条 质量控制 8.1 Materials & Workmanship. Contractor shall execute Work in a good and workmanlike matter in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor shall develop and provide a quality control plan specific to this Project and acceptable to Owner. Where Contract Documents do not specify quality standards, complete, and construct all Work in compliance with generally accepted construction industry standards.
