【原】请高度关注：这批救生服不达标，PSCO逮住就滞留！

这些年，PSCO经常检查保温救生服拉链脱胶问题，一旦拉链处能够扯开，PSCO会滞留船舶（复习：这PSCO成精了，正反手都可以打脸，干脆利索！）。

刚刚，KR船级社又爆了一点料：常熟PSCO新发现了保温救生服新的滞留点——某品牌保温救生服没有配备救生灯，逮着就滞留！

一般情况下，保温服哨子的缺失有两种情况，一是船员给弄丢了，一是产品本身没有，出厂的时候就没有配备。

对于个别保温救生服的灯或者哨子缺失，PSCO一般会给个17的处理意见。

这次PSCO给予滞留处理，说明这批救生服缺少灯，这就不是船员问题，而是同批次产品出了问题，厂家在生产的时候忘记生产标准，应该属于品控的问题。

所以大家很有必要看一下自己船上配备的保温救生服，到底有没有缺少灯或者哨子。

保温救生服的要求位于：SOLAS第III章的第7.3条、32.3条和、LSA规则的第II章第2.3条。

这三条内容挺多，总结起来要紧的点有三条：

1.每人要配一套，合身，并且2分钟要穿上；

2.存放位置要进行标识，随时可用；

3.目前市场上的保温救生服有两种类型的，一种是单独使用就可以满足公约要求，一种是和救生衣配套使用。第一种由于需要单独使用，对应的要求加配：哨子、灯、一条可抛投的浮索

对于保温救生服，老编在缺陷库里找了一些滞留缺陷，大家要高度关注这几个点：

需要注意的是：保温救生服虽然看起来是个小缺陷，但是因为关系到人命安全，一般按照滞留处理，上面摘引的缺陷，均为PSCO开具的滞留缺陷！
