合同解除时，如合同的一方已经履行了部分合同义务，双方可以要求调整合同价格。双方一致同意的情况下，双方可以调整合同价格并约定后续支付的安排；单方解除的情况下，价格的调整时为了保护守约方的利益。

The Contractor will be entitled to keep all payments that the Owner will have paid up to the date of termination. In addition, the parties shall negotiate and agree on amount totaling all production costs incurred to the Contractor up to the date of termination, plus reasonable profit. Once the parties have agreed on the Termination Cost, if the Contractor has not already received it in full, the Owner shall pay the difference to the Contractor.
