工程合同价格条款的表达 'Contract Price' means the sum stated in the Letter of Acceptance as payable to the Contractor for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein accordance with the provisions of the Contract. 合同是指中标函中写明的按照合同规定，为了工程的实施、完成及其任何缺陷的修补应付给承包商的金额。 “合同价格”指业主向承包商支付的全部工程款项。 'The Contract Price' shall mean the total sum payable to the Contractor by the Owner for the Works. “Contract Price” means the sum named in the Letter of Acceptance, subject to such additions thereto or deductions therefrom as may be made under the provisions hereinafter contained． “合同价格”指在接受证书中确定的数额，可按本合同以下条款规定增减。 “Contract Price” shall have the meaning set forth in Article 4 (“CONTRACT PRICE”). “合同造价”意指在条款4（四）中说明的（“合同”）。 合同价款：指发包人承包人在协议书中约定，发包人用以支付承包人按照合同约定完成承包范围内全部工程并承担质量保修责任的款项。 Contract price refers to the payment paid by the employer to the contractor for completion of the whole construction and guaranteed maintenance, which is agreed by both parties in the agreement. 追加合同价款：指在合同履行中发生需要增加合同价款的情况，经发包人确认后按计算合同价款的方法增加的合同价款。 Addition to contract price refers to additional price paid during contract implementation in case contract price is to be increased. In this situation the addition is paid on the basis of the calculating method of contract price after confirmed by the employer. 除专用合同条款另有约定外，Unless otherwise stipulated in the particular condition （1）合同包括签约合同价以及按照合同约定进行的调整； The contract price includes the contract price and the adjustments made in accordance with the contract; （2）合同价格包括承包人依据法律规定或合同约定应支付的规费和税金； The contract price includes the fees and taxes which the contractor shall pay subject to the law or the contract agreement; （3）清单列出的任何数量仅为估算的工作量，不得将其视为要求承包人实施的工程的实际或准确的工作量。在清单中列出的任何工作量和数据应仅限用于变更和支付的参考资料，而不能用于其他目的。 Any quantity listed in the price list is only the estimated workload which shall not be deemed as the actual or accurate workload of the project required to be carried out by the contractor. Any workload and price data listed in the price list should be practicable only as reference for amendment and payments without other purposes. 合同价格和付款货币 Contract price and payment currency 合同为人民币（大写）： 元（小写金额： 元）。详见合同清单分项表。除根据合同约定的在工程实施过程中需进行增减的款项外，合同不作调整。 Contract price is RMB ( in words ): Yuan ( in figures : RMB Yuan) . The contract price shall not be adjusted except for the amount to be added or subtracted during the execution of the project as stipulated in the contract. Sufficiency of the Contract Price合同 The Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the correctness and sufficiency of the Contract Price. 承包商应被认为已确信合同的正确性和充分性. Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, the Contract price covers all the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract (including those under Provisional Sums, if any) and all things necessary for the proper design, execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. 除非合同另有规定,合同包括承包商根据合同所承担的全部义务(包括根据暂列金额所承担的义务,如果有),以及为正确设计、实施和完成工程、并修补任何缺陷所需的全部有关事项.
