如果你跟客户洽谈，涉及到要新开模具，可以有以下表达 open a mould, set up a mould Invest the mould, die sinking 千万不要说成open a model. 表达模具费可以说：Mold opening fee, tooling cost. 打开国际市场，或者进入国际市场，不要说come to international market 。 更好的表达： break in the world market enter into the world market step into the world market 表达这些货物有问题，不要说These goods have problem 。 地道的表达： these good proved to be flawed. 规划蓝图， 你可能会说Plan to make a blue picture 地道的表达是make a blueprint blueprint 可以代指建筑或者机器用的蓝图 通常说最低价，你可能会说是the lowest price 地道的表达是 bottom price, rock-bottom price或者是the best price 当我们想跟客户表达说需要你的专业意见，也许你会说we would like to listen to your professional suggestions. 更地道的表达应该是we need your expertise. expertise 表示专家的意见，专门的知识。 跟客户表示自己有能力做某事，我们可能会经常说be able to do sth, 地道的表达是be in a position to do sth.这里突出自己做某事在行。 订单谈到最后阶段，也许我们会跟客户提议，拟定合同，我们经常会用到sign a contract, 甚至有时候有些老外也是这样表达。其实地道的说法是draw up a contract, 或者是draft a contact. 短语draw up 和动词draft 都是拟定的意思。 全额付款，我们有人可能会说成pay all the money, 也是可以的。 更加地道的表达是make payment in full. 也可以是make full payment/pay off. 这里pay off 还有还清，获得成功之意。 一次性付款，lumps sum payment, one-off payment. 接到订单后，我们很高兴地跟客户说我们会尽快备货的，也许你会经常说we will prepare the goods as soon as possible. 其实这样讲也是可以的. 从习惯上讲，备货的地道表达是get the goods ready, 或者是stock up with (on) sth. 其中stock up 有贮备，备足某物的意思。 stock up on goods 就是囤货。 中性包装，我们可能会说成middle packing, 商务英语里是neutral packing。 这里 neutral 就是中性的意思。 平时不知道大家跟客户讲按时交货是否会说成：send goods in time? 按时交货地道的表达是punctual delivery 或者是on-time delivery. 这里punctual 和on-time都是按时的意思，而in time 表示及时。 拖延期限，我们常说 delay the time. 地道的表达是overshoot the deadline。 这里overshoot 是超过，突破的意思，而deadline 是最后期限。 尾款，剩余款项，不要用unpaid money, 记住balance payment, final payment或者是pending payment/outstanding payment. 都可以。 有客户要来访，或者是参加会议，你想要表达确定某人出席，说成make sure of sb's arrival for the meeting,也可以。但是我们有更好的表达，比如confirm sb's attendance. attendance本身有出席的意思 在外贸中如果遇到装柜时候，提及估算错误导致费用增加，原本你是需要完全承担这个额外的费用的，由于费用比较高，你希望客户能与您平摊这个费用，不要说each one pays half. 一般说split the bill 或者是 go fifty-fifty. 当我们跟客户开视频会议，即将结束会议，如果说成the meeting will be over显得有点不礼貌。 地道的表达是 let's draw the meeting to an end. 这样说表达一种，咱大家一起来结束这个会议。 每天积累一点，让我们的商务英语更加的地道。 |
