在一次ABC广播电台的采访中，饰演《超人》的主角Henry Carvill 亨利·卡维尔曾说无论一天过得是好还是坏，尤其是当非常糟糕的时候，他都会读一遍以下这50条人生智慧，让自己重新振作。

· 1.Have a firm handshake. 

握手时要紧。（让人产生可以依靠和信赖的感觉）

· 2.Look people in the eye. 

看着对方的眼睛。（交谈时能让对方感受到被理解和尊重）

· 3.Sing in the shower.
