开开心心走路,认认真真助人

编者按:“开开心心走路,认认真真助人”,这是上海联劝公益基金会主办的第十四届“一个鸡蛋的暴走”公益徒步筹款活动,所筹善款预计覆盖5万受益儿童,将重点资助中西部困境儿童保护及儿童心理健康促进。

Editor's note: "Walk happily and help others seriously", this is the 14th "One Egg Walk" charity fundraising activity sponsored by Shanghai United Public Welfare Foundation. The funds raised are expected to cover 50,000 beneficiary children, and will focus on funding the protection of children in distress and the promotion of children's mental health.

Onto也参加50Km,老板也邀请我参加他们的活动,而且提供了装备。

但是,他们一开始就决定了只完成20Km,所以我没有参加这个团队同行,尽管我儿子也在这个团队里。

Onto also participated in 50Km, the boss also invited me to participate in their activities, and provided equipment. However, they decided at the beginning that they would only finish 20Km, So I didn't join the team, even though my son was on the team.

计划路线图

此项活动在上海浦东森兰无界公园举行,共计504支队伍、超过2000多名队员踊跃参加。我有幸受到组织者朋友Wayne的邀请参加这项活动;同时邀请我的还有儿子所在Onto公司的领导,他知道我是一名跑者,就喊我来跑50Km。

Eggs50Km就是目标!跑出文化,跑出健康,跑出信仰!

A total of 504 teams and more than 2,000 players participated in the event, which was held in Sunlan Boundless Park in Pudong, Shanghai. I was lucky enough to be invited to this event by my friend Wayne, the organizer; I was also invited by the head of Onto Company, where my son works, who knew I was a runner and called me to run 50Km.
Eggs50Km is the target! Run out of culture, run out of health, run out of faith!

队长Wayne跑前给我安排一个艰巨的任务,让我带着他在美国读大一回国度假的侄女 Elisa 一起跑,小姑娘才19岁,从没有跑过这么远。我们和老战友Lee组成一个3人小组。

Wayne, the team leader, gave me a tough task before the race. He asked me to run with his niece Elisa, who was on vacation in her freshman year in the United States. The girl was only 19 years old and had never run so far before. We formed a team of three with our old army buddy Lee.

1卡

Elisa完成了第一个10KM,光荣打卡!

Onto公司团队胜利到达1卡,这个优秀的团队好样的!

Onto team successfully reached 1 card, this excellent team well done!

Lee,跑在最前边,我奋勇向前奔跑。继续!但是,感觉前脚掌有点酸疼。

2卡:三人小组20KM

看神态ELISA已经累了,在我们的鼓励下,跑走结合顺利地完成了20KM,她说,这是她人生的第一个20KM,会留下深刻的印象。

2 calories: Group of three 20KM. ELISA was tired, with our encouragement, the combination of running and walking successfully completed 20KM, she said, this is the first 20KM in her life, will leave a deep impression.

妙可蓝多奶酪棒和手撕奶酪给了Elisa 补充了能量和勇气,继续加油!

欧福的队长和队员,20KM胜利在2卡会师!

20KM打卡处,等到了Onto的队员!

25KM后,我被摄影师抓拍了背影,一个跑者对我说:你的背包是最大的,太重了,不适合长跑。

我说,我负重前行,是为了给队员补充能量和运动饮料,看看我背了多少能量:

脉动是我的自豪,我曾经是达能脉动饮料研发小组的主要成员;每次长跑,我都要上脉动,他会给我无穷的力量和勇气。

3卡:排队打卡中

神态尚可,心跳140-175,有点高了,脚底疼痛的感觉;这时已经中午12:00,天气最热的时候。

4卡:感谢队友鼓励!

30公里过后,我感觉脚掌疼痛难忍,可能是打泡了,经过和队友分析,有几个原因:

1.鞋子老了,已经跑过16个半马,1个全马,1500多公里,鞋垫薄了。

2.第一个10公里是暴走走,主要是前脚掌着地。

3.负重前行,大约5-6公斤奶酪和脉动饮料。

总结,才能够防止下次受伤,才能跑更远。

完赛实际路线::

一步一步,不知道越过多少条河流?跨过多少座大桥?

这是如何跑完全程的?回想起来都觉得可怕!

两项新纪录:

拍照时感觉上,站立困难。

晚上回到家就写下的题目:请以后不要喊我跑50Km了。

今天早上醒来,腿不酸,腰不疼,我想把题目改了:下次50Km还要喊我哦!

It feels difficult to stand. When I got home at night, I wrote down the topic: Please don't call me to run 50Km.

Wake up this morning, legs are not sour, waist is not painful, I want to change the topic: next 50Km also call me oh!
