【防范措施】船舶保安员应妥善保管好本船经批准的《船舶保安计划》，保持《船舶保安计划》的有效、整洁、完整。

2.Are there any evidence that the ship has stared/completed the ship security assessment?

是否有任何证据证明你轮已进行了船舶保安评估？(ISPS A/8.2)

【防范措施】船舶保安员应妥善保管好本船经审批的《船舶保安评估》，检查时出示。（以后如有新的船舶保安评估报告也应一并保存和出示）

3.Is the“Continuous Synopsis Report“in order?(CSR)

船上是否已配备了《连续概要记录》？(Ⅺ-1/5.3)

【防范措施】船舶应与公司保安员紧密联系务于2004年7月1日前取得《连续概要记录》并妥善保管，检查时出示。

4.Are the records of the ship’s last 10 calls at port facilities maintained on board?

船上是否有最近挂靠的10个港口设施的历史记录？(Ⅺ-2/R9.2.3)

【防范措施】参照《船舶ISPS检查指南》6.1.5和6.1.6中的各项要求备妥最近十个挂靠港记录（LAST TEN PORT OF CALL RECORDS）备查。

5.Is the ship’s identification unmber permanently marked?

船舶识别号（IMO NO）是否已按要求永久标识在船上？(Ⅺ-1/R3)

【防范措施】船舶应与公司有关部门联系配合，在规定期限前尽早安装永久的船舶识别号并保持清晰。

6.Does the test of the ship’s AIS with POCC show that it is in good working order?(S74/CV/R19.2.4)

船舶AIS经过POCC测试是否显示工作正常？

【防范措施】按AIS说明书的操作测试要求定期进行测试，确保AIS工作正常。

7.Is the ship security alert system installed on board?

船上是否已安装了保安警报系统？(Ⅺ-2/R6)

【防范措施】船舶应与公司有关部门联系配合，在规定期限前尽早安装船舶保安警报系统，并保持其处于随时可用状态。

8.Do the officers and crew have seaman ID issued by the Flag Administration?

船员是否有船旗国主管机关签发的海员ID码？

【防范措施】目前，船旗国主管机关还没有签发海员的ID码。

9.Does the Master know who is the person responsible for appointing the officers,crew or other persons onboard?

船长是否知道谁负责指派高级船员、普通船员和其他在船人员？(Ⅺ-2/R5.1)

【防范措施】船舶应与公司保安员和船员调配部门密切联系，及时取得船管中心的船员调令（覆盖所有的在船人员）和船管中心简介资料，保存在船备查。

10.Does the Master know who is responsible for deciding the employment of the ship,including any parties to the charter parties?

船长是否知道谁负责决定船舶的使用，包括租船合同的各方？(Ⅺ-2/R5.2)

【防范措施】船长应与公司航运部门业务人员密切联系，每航次及时取得租船合同和航次指令等有关文件并在保存在专门文件夹中备查，并熟悉租船合同的具体内容、船舶的使用人和租船合同的各方。

11.Does the Master knows the name and contact number of the Company Security Officer?

船长是否知道公司保安员的名字和联系方法？(ISPS A/11.1)

【防范措施】熟记公司保安员的名字和联系方法并张贴于船长房间及公共场所。

12.Has any member of the crew undergone the SSO training?

任何船员是否经过船舶保安员（SSO）的培训？(ISPS A/13.2)

【防范措施】船舶保安员应按《船舶保安计划》第十三章的要求制定保安培训计划，对船上负有保安职责的人员及其他人员进行相关内容的保安培训并按SSP中表格1“保安培训记录”的要求进行记录，并妥善保管备查。

13.Is there evidence to indicate that the Master has been made familiar with the maritime security measures and the ISPS Code? 

是否有证据显示船长已经熟悉海上保安措施和ISPS规则？(Ⅺ-2/R8)

【防范措施】船长应加强对SOLAS公约Ⅺ-2章和ISPS规则的学习，熟悉本船的《船舶保安计划》中各项海上保安措施并按SSP的各项操作程序进行操作和记录，船上的各项保安记录及船长的保安培训证明应妥善保管备查。
