稳固的机架及悬架

专利设计的悬架共设4组，每组由两对万向轴承和一根立杆组成。具有缓冲和降低分级筛运转的力量，使筛体在运动中更轻盈和平稳。

Stable Support Frame Superior Quality Screen 

Frame Total 4 sets of Patent designed suspension structure, each set includes 2 universal joint bearings and 1 column. The suspension structure will buffer and reduce the strength of the screener running, ensure the screen body be stable and light-weighted

 

先进的润滑系统

润滑油注入口设置在设备外部，方便注油。

Advanced Lubrication system

Lubrication system is located in outside of machine, lubricating conveniently.

高精度传动系统

传动系统包括电机、传动皮带轮，偏心传动装置。

传动系统设在筛箱中部，通过离心力带动设备运转。筛体重心平稳，物料筛选更加均匀，不仅保证了设备的单机产量，而且延长了设备的使用寿命。传动箱的平衡摆块使筛箱运动过程中前后方向上的惯性力得到平衡，从而保证了筛子运动的平稳性.

High - precision drive system

Drive system includes the motor, transmission belt wheel and centrifugal transmission device.The system is located on the middle of the screener, driving the equipment by centrifugal force. Stable gravity center & uniform sifting efficiency not only guarantee capacity but also prolong equipment use life.The balanced clamp keeSN the screener balanced and stable when running under the inertia strength of the front and back side.

更换方便，快捷。材质为柳桉木，四角还设有加强角钢对其进一步加固防止其变形。

Easy and fast of screen change; The frame is made of Lau-an- wood, with 4 angle steels to reinforce and to avoid the distortion.

固定在木质筛框上，可根据所筛选的物料选择不锈钢编织网或冲孔网，规格根据物料性质和用户要求确定，筛网可根据所需处理的物料的粒径进行选择。

Superior quality Screen mesh

Fixed at the wooden frame; Stainless steel wire mesh and perforated mesh are offered for different screening materials. The mesh quantity and dimension will be specified according to material characters and the clients' requests. And the mesh size is determined by the particle size of material.

高弹力橡胶球

能避免筛网堵塞，保证筛选高效，上、下相邻两层筛网间还设置有高品质弹性清理球。

High bouncing balls

To prevent the block, and ensure the high screening efficiency, the superior bouncing balls are inserted between the upper and lower screen mesh.
