应急舵转换操作

OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR EMERGENCY STEERING SWITCHING

1.设备规格

1.   Equipment specifications

1.1型号:FE21-172

1.1  Type: FE21-172

2.开始前检查

2.  Check before starting

2.1检查舵机油柜油位正常。

2.1  Check whether the oil level of steering gear oil tank is normal.

2.2检查有关各阀位置是否正确。

2.2  Check whether the positions of relevant valves are correct.

3.操作过程

3.   Operation process

3.1应急舵转换和操作:

3.1   Emergency steering switching and operation:

3.1.1断开NO.1NO.2舵机遥控系统

3.1.1   Disconnect No.1 and No.2 steering gear remote control system,

3.1.2控制面板上把NO.1NO.2号舵机的遥控开关打到本地

3.1.2   Turn the remote control switch of No.1 and No.2 steering gear to local position on the control panel,

3.1.3控制面板上把自动打到手动

3.1.3    Turn the control panel from automatic mode to manual mode.

3.1.4启动NO.1NO.2舵机动力机组

3.1.4   Start No.1 or No.2 steering gear power unit

3.1.5如果只有应急电源的情况下,只能启动NO.1舵机!!

3.1.5 If there is only emergency power supply, only No.1 steering gear can be started!!

3.1.6把伺服油泵泄荷旋钮按住拧上锁死

3.1.6   Press and hold the load release knob of servo oil pump and lock it

3.1.7如果有某一个油缸漏油损坏,取出隔离阀上的插销,把把手拉到应急位置,隔离漏油相应油缸,把插销插上

3.1.7 If a certain oil cylinder is damaged by oil leakage, take out the bolt on the isolation valve, pull the handle to the emergency position, isolate the corresponding oil cylinder with oil leakage, and insert the bolt

3.1.8站在手动操作台上,操作红色应急旋钮,按驾驶台指令操舵

3.1.8   Stand on the manual console, operate the red emergency knob, and steer according to the orders of the bridge

3.2与驾驶台的联系:

3.2 Contact with bridge:

3.2.1用舵机房电话与驾驶台联系,使用方法是:戴上耳机,打开电话机上耳机插座开关,打开耳机线上对讲开关,拿下电话机上的话筒,旋钮选1,拔通驾驶台后即可与驾驶台对讲

3.2.1 Use the telephone in the steering gear room to contact the bridge. The method of use is: put on the earphone, turn on the earphone socket switch on the telephone, turn on the earphone online intercom switch, take off the microphone on the telephone, select 1 knob, and then talk with the bridge after unplugging the bridge

3.2.2应急操舵时,铺开耳机电线,戴着耳机在舵机边上根据驾驶台指令操舵

3.2.3In case of emergency steering, spread out headphone wires and wear headphones to steer according to the instructions of the bridge at the side of the steering gear

4.运行中检查

4. In operation inspection

4.1检查实际舵角与指令舵角有无偏差

4.1 Check whether there is deviation between the actual rudder angle and the command rudder angle

4.2检查舵机油柜油位,检查各处压力是否正常,舵机运行声音是否正常。检查各管系阀件是否有泄漏

4.2 Check the oil level of the steering gear oil tank, check whether the pressure is normal and whether the steering gear operation sound is normal. Check whether there is any leakage of all piping valves

5.停止使用

5. Stop running

5.1应急操舵结束后,将相应动力机组遥控系统的电源送上即恢复到自动舵

5.1 After the completion of emergency steering, the power supply of the remote control system of the corresponding power unit shall be turned on to restore to the autopilot

5.2将电话机及耳机线等放回原处

5.2 Put the telephone and earphone cable back to the original place.
