The bullish story begins with the following downtrend characteristics: average downward spreads, reduced volatility on the way down, and limited selling pressure. These all suggest a bullish character. Demand increases promptly in Phase |A| and early Phase |B|, signaling that the decline is over and that institutions are buying.

看涨逻辑始于以下下跌特征：平均下跌幅度、下行途中波动率降低及有限抛压。这些均暗示看涨属性。需求在阶段|A|及阶段|B|初期迅速回升，标志着下跌终结且机构资金正在吸筹。

During Phase |B|, the price spends a significant amount of time hovering around resistance levels while volatility decreases. This pattern is a bullish confirmation of the Demand in Phase |A|.

The sharp reaction to the Phase |C| low occurs on non-threatening volume. Still, the increased local volatility suggests to expect possible testing action. Multiple attempts to push the price down fail to produce a commitment below support, indicating that sellers are exhausted. The last reaction shows a volume spike and a Demand tail (red arrow), a classic example of Effort vs Result. The subsequent rally and the “know-it-all” bar (green rectangle) confirm the bullish bias.
