8、附言（Postscript）：
一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用P.S.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。
注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。
9、 附件（Enclosure） ：
信件如果有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上Encl：或Enc：
例如：Encl：2 photos（内附两张照片）。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成Encl：或Encs。

correspondence 意思是“通信”，绝对是一个高级表达，用于写作中一定会让别人对你的英语水平另眼相看哟！

It is so nice to get a message from you every day. I truly enjoy reading your messages and staying in contact with you.
truly 是个副词，修饰enjoy, 起到加强语气的作用，如果你以前习惯用really, 那么现在可以换换“胃口”了。“保持联系”我们通常用”keep in touch with sb”, 现在试着用一下 “stay in contact with sb” 吧，一定比前一个更高级、更厉害一点哟！

It is truly a pleasure for me to correspond with you, and to know that I am also able to be of occasional help (偶尔的帮助)to you. I hope you will always feel completely free to ask me about anything at all.
还记得上面讲过“通信”这个意思的名词吗？那就是correspondence. 在这里，我的朋友换用了它了动词形式 correspond with sb意为“与…通信”，不用说，相信你一定也感觉到它要比”write letters to each other” 更能凸显你的词汇功底了吧：）
