最近的心情随着天气变化起伏不定,时而狂热躁动,时而低落消沉,交错进行的“自我肯定与否定”韭菜滑小管 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>两分钟快手海鲜小炒。虽然早在网络上过了一遍,但八点档的宫斗还是很吸引我,看历史剧为古人担忧,我是闲得胃疼(她们连古人都称不上,现代人的YY而已)韭菜滑小管 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>两分钟快手海鲜小炒

 韭菜滑小管 (两分钟做出滑嫩海鲜小炒)

 

 

原料:笔管蛸、韭菜、盐、醋、葱姜等

做法:

1、笔管蛸清洗干净,韭菜择去烂叶,放淡盐水中浸泡一段时间

2、锅内烧一锅水,水中放一勺盐,水开后,将笔管放开水中汆烫,烫好后立刻捞出

3、韭菜沥干水分切成小段,葱姜切片备用

4、锅里放一勺油,油热后,放葱姜入锅爆香,放入笔管蛸,喷入一大勺醋,加入几滴白酒,加入少许盐,翻炒几下,将韭菜段入锅滑炒,关火,翻炒均匀即可出锅

 

小窍门:

1、韭菜是使用农药很厉害的一种菜,韭菜加热过火味道不好,所以,韭菜必须要清洗干净,最好放盐水中浸泡

2、笔管蛸很容易熟,汆熟的标志是,笔管的肚子一个个鼓起来,这时就可以捞出来

3、调味时,一定要多加些醋,笔管喜醋,有点酸味才比较好吃,加几滴酒可以起去腥提鲜作用

4、笔管下锅后到出锅一共用不上两分钟,时间长了,肉质就老了,不滑嫩了
