寒假倒计时一天~~~明天的此刻我应该在上岗劳动了麻辣香锅鸡翅 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>不放一滴油做出麻辣鲜香,每个人选择的道路是不同的,经历的事情就千差万别,或许有的时候也会羡慕别人的海阔天空,但回头想想,还是觉得曲径通幽更合我心意,平平淡淡才是真,别人的虚名浮利只是过眼云烟,不为所动坚持自己才是我要做的麻辣香锅鸡翅 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>不放一滴油做出麻辣鲜香

不管别人看重的是什么,不管别人过着什么样的生活,坚持做一个快乐的吃货,才是这世间最惬意的事情麻辣香锅鸡翅 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>不放一滴油做出麻辣鲜香

 

把前几天吃的麻辣香锅鸡翅贴上来,鸡翅控们、香锅控们,通通看过来啊,成品的味道相当不错,当时品尝的四个人都说:异香扑鼻、入口麻辣、回味无穷,让人上瘾(你们这是形容菜?怎么看怎么感觉是某种违禁品麻辣香锅鸡翅 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>不放一滴油做出麻辣鲜香

 

 

麻辣香锅鸡翅(不放一滴油做出麻辣鲜香,绝对极品好味道)

 

原料鸡翅中1斤、土豆、葱姜蒜各适量、郫县豆瓣酱1大勺、辣椒适量、花椒适量、糖少许、盐少许、白酒少许

做法

1、鸡翅膀放入清水中浸泡半天,将血水泡出后,清洗干净,并在鸡翅上划伤几刀,取部分葱姜切碎备用

2、鸡翅膀放入一干净盆中,撒1小捏盐、撒葱姜末,加入一小勺白酒,腌制1个小时

3、取一平底锅,锅中不放一滴油,将鸡翅膀正面向下平铺在锅底,放火上小火加热,随着加热的过程中,鸡皮里的油不断渗出来,锅里发出兹兹的煎烤声音,一面熟了后再翻面煎,等到鸡翅膀全熟了后,将翅膀取出

4、土豆去皮切薄片,用锅里剩的油小火煎土豆,等到土豆煎熟后同样铲出

5、将豆瓣酱放入锅中,小火煸炒出红油,加入剁碎的葱姜蒜和干辣椒,依个人口味放适量花椒,再放入鸡翅膀不断翻炒,加入少许糖,然后放入土豆片不断翻炒均匀

6、等到土豆和翅膀的表面全部沾满酱料并充分入味后,关火即可,可以撒入芝麻(花生碎)、香菜(葱花)等点缀,增加风味

 

小贴士:

1、翅膀用冷水浸泡后,血水被泡出,做好的成品味道更好

2、鸡翅膀打上花刀后,入味更充分还更容易成熟(个人喜好我只打一面花刀麻辣香锅鸡翅 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>不放一滴油做出麻辣鲜香,其实打双面花刀更好)

3、鸡翅膀要想充分入味就要提前腌制,加入白酒起去腥提鲜的作用

4、不放一滴油,只靠鸡皮里的油,就能煎熟鸡翅、土豆以及后面的炒酱(友情提示:不粘锅更好操作,这是真滴,不怎么粘锅)

5、鉴定鸡翅成熟的标志:拿根筷子一下就能扎进去,肉里没有红色的血丝,还有就是你吃一个啊,我都是吃一个的

6、最后煸炒的时候,辣椒和花椒的多少随个人吃辣口味,加入少许糖让成品味道更好

7、如果有铁板或是酒精锅的话,建议童鞋们使用,简直是锦上添花啊~~~(鸡翅上桌好久都不会凉,香辣味道更足)
