Configuration: 70deg V-Twin V型双阀的改进 V-Twin with Improved Valves Configuration: 70deg V-Twin Bore: 0.563 in Stroke: 0.750 in Displacement: 0.373 cu in Intake Valves: Rotary Intake Duration: 175 deg Exhaust Valves: Rotary Exhaust Duration: 175 deg Timing Shaft: Gear drive Not shown in the pictures above is the flywheel. The flywheel I've been using is simply a bar with a bolt in each end for weight. It serves the purpose, but is pretty ugly so I didn't include it in the pictures. Once I turn down a nice steel flywheel on the lathe I'll post some pictures with the flywheel. With the improved valve design, the engine will actually run without the flywheel, but it will need one if I do any dyno testing. The engine could also use some crankshaft counterbalance to make it run smoother. I may try to add some weight to the crankshaft and maybe offset the flywheel weight a little. Here is a video of the V-twin engine running with a simple flywheel. It is simply a piece of plastic with a large nut and bolt at each end. It's a little crude, but it offers a significant load as the engine accelerates. The picture below shows the flywheel.
