1 Chen (陳永儀), born 1970 in Taipei, is a PhD. (Health Psychology) at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She was awarded the Best Teacher Award in Rutgers and APA's award in Doctoral Dissertation Research. She published in 2006 a book "Stress and Well-being" in Chinese called "Pressure: an enemy or a friend?" It has been quite popular to office workers. The same year in May, the U.S. Army headquarters honored her with the Special Service Award in recognition of her outstanding teaching in and distinguished contribution to West Point and the U.S. Army.
