巍山十大名小吃:青豆小糕,是一种时令小吃，只有结青蚕豆的季节才能吃到，因为它以大米、青蚕虫为主料，青豆小糕颜色碧绿，蓬松绵滑，青豆香气扑鼻，入口香、甜、粘、糯，有减肥、养颜的功效，是名副其实的绿色食品。 青豆小糕做法：用一口大锣锅，在锣锅盖上挖几个拳头大的洞眼，又备有相应数量的木制的小圆甑。小圆甑也很特别，上圆下尖，中间的铁皮隔板上有透气的小孔。小圆甑恰好卡置在锅盖洞眼上，锣锅内盛满水，置在炉火上。将大米和糯米按比例掺合，经过淘、洗、泡、舂加工成糕面，再将沸水焯过的豆米揉合在米面中。水煮沸后，在小米甑内装入已混和好的米面和青豆面，两个小甑一起蒸。只需两三分钟，凭着蒸气的热力，就蒸熟两甑糕。这时在其中一甑糕面上抹上芝麻、红糖，再把另一甑糕翻扣在上面，又蒸约一分钟，从甑内取出糕置于盘子上，一盒拳头大小的青豆小糕就算完工了。“一合糕”，意为两块合拢，在两块小糕中夹有红糖、芝麻。 青豆小糕的故事 自古以来，巍山一直是茶马古道的重镇，本地也有很多从事马帮运输的乡民。城内一支大马帮的马锅头喜好甜食，尤其喜欢吃本地的米糕。
Rice Cake Weishan has been a place of strategic importance along the Ancient Tea Horse Road since ancient times. Many local villagers in the town made a living by caravan carrying.
