I chatted to an oldgentleman and he explained how it works. The Cormorants are practically pets!and follow the fishermen where ever they go. The neck tie on the birds is veryloose and some birds don't have them at all, as they are fully trained. Thebirds keep all the small fish, and the big fish, the birds bring to thefishermen.
