The waste of the health resource and thetoxic and side effects caused by the drug - abuse hurts people deeply. A conclusion from some scholars showed that theoutbreak of SARS in China may have something to do with the drug - abuse of antibiotics. So it’ important for the clini2 scal doctors to know the mechanism of bacterial drug resistance and use the essential drugs based on their action. This es2say explored the mechanism and classification of bacterial drug resistance the tendency and specificity in order to orderrelative clinical solution reasonable drug using scheme obtaining perfect antibiotic action decreasing side effects ele2vating the compliance of patients lessening the medical burden.
