It's never a bad idea to start a workout routinely, but what exactly does that mean for your body?

坚持运动永远都不是一件坏事,但运动到底对你的身体有什么作用呢?

From dealing with sore muscles, to stimulating your digestive system, there are many things your body goes through when you hit the gum!

从肌肉酸痛到激活你的消化系统,当你开始健身时,你的身体会产生很多变化。


Today we are discussing 10 things that happen to your body when you exercise!


1 Your muscles tear

Have you ever started a workout routine only to wake up the next day unable to move?

There is good reason for this: your body is sore because it is trying to repair the tears you created in your muscles when you worked out.

Working out causes your body to turn into a calorie-burning machine.

According to research, working out large muscle groups just twice a week can help you manage your stress. Getting exercise can help reduce your stress, as well as being able to cope with mentally taxing situations better.

8 Your heart works better

Have you ever noticed when you first start working out that your heart rate goes up really quickly?

This is because it's a muscle that you have started to train it as well. Over time, and with more workouts, your heart will start to become more efficient and you’ll have more stamina.
