40度的高温天喝什么？Gose是当仁不让的好选择。这款德式经典啤酒，在2015版的BJCP世界啤酒分类指南中仅被归类为“历史上存在的啤酒”，但近两年在美国，尤其是西海岸酿酒师们孜孜不倦的倒腾下，不知不觉又火了一遍。 啤博士给了它诗意中文译名'古斯“，但Gose的德语发音更接近“狗择”(相信我，记住狗的选择，去酒吧点它准没错的)。18世纪发源于德国Gose河流域，因为盐、小麦、香菜籽（学名：芫荽）和乳酸菌的混合作用，诞生了柠檬香气，口感微酸，酒体轻柔，回味甘甜爽快的啤酒。 At the height of another scorching Shanghai summer, there’s only one way to deal with the heat: drink some cold gose. No, we didn’t misspell ‘goose’. Gose is a top-fermented beer that originated in Goslar, Germany, and it’s quite different from your typical ale, porter or IPA. Gose is sour, with an herby characteristic (usually coriander), and a healthy dose of salt, so although gose contains malted wheat, you won’t detect the same hop flavors so characteristics of most craft beer these days. Instead, their signature sour flavor is acquired from the fermentation of lactobacillus bacteria - the same used to make yogurt. This beer won over the judges with an extremely unique flavor palette. Sea salt adds a soft mouthfeel and dry finish. 创始者酒厂好酒很多，但这款西瓜却让人有点失望。作为夏日酸啤酒体不够清爽，西瓜香精味明显，酸咸度平衡倒是最大的优点。 Founders may be a household name amongst brewheads, but that wasn’t enough to help this brew crack the top three. It divided the judges because it lacked a strong sour flavor, upsetting the gose traditionalists. Similar taste and tart. Light body. Refreshing. 另一款柏林酸小麦，待遇却天壤之别。其实米奇乐的啤酒都不差，但从2015年之后就泛滥到没有特色了。 这款口感也甚是平淡，让人不知从何说起。但据说它还有各种添加水果的版本，有机会找来喝喝看。

这款厉害了，不像Gose也就算了，还不怎么像啤酒。本来以为柠檬系的酸味会和Gose风格很搭，喝了这款大概理解了什么叫物极必反。香菜籽的香气很突出。 No one could ever call this beer boring. 多亏发稿拖延症，我们又在上周末的上海精酿啤酒节邂逅了少爷的这款Gose,决心一并加入推荐。特别有意思的是少爷的酿酒师没有在这款Gose里加盐，而是用自制的咸柠檬代替，增加双重味觉。酒厂刚刚扩建，这次又特地来上海市场试水，相信我们喝到少爷啤酒指日可待了。 The judging panel didn't get to drink this one, but we found it at Shanghai Craft Beer Festival last weekend, and it was love at first sip. 'A perfect refreshing respite from the local humid weather, this beer will please beer geeks and novices alike.
