IndianBhutanese FMs to discuss Doklam 印度不丹外长讨论洞朗 【日期】2017年8月10日 【全文】  Indian foreign minister Sushma Swaraj has mentioned she will hold a bilateraltalks with Bhutanese counterpart on the sidelines of the BIMSTEC foreignministers’ meeting in Kathmandu. 印度外交部长Sushma Swaraj（斯瓦拉吉）已经表示，在参加于加德满都（尼泊尔首都）举行的BIMSTEC（孟加拉湾多部门技术经济合作计划）外长会议期间，将会和不丹外相进行非正式的双边会谈。 The foreign ministers of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-sectoralTechnical and Economic Cooperation started arriving Kathmandu Thursday for themeeting. 参加这一会议的各国外长在周四陆续抵达加德满都。 Thesideline talk between Swaraj and Bhutanese foreign minister Damcho Dorji willprimarily focus on the much debated issue at the Doklam where India-Chinastand-off is going on for almost two months now. This would be the firstmeeting between Swaraj and Dorji, since tensions broke out at theIndia-Bhutan-China tri-junction. 印度外长和不丹外相Damcho Dorji（丹曲·多吉）的会谈重点主要是集中在引发很多争议的洞朗问题上。 而在这一问题上，中印两国的对峙已经持续了近两个月。 这是两国外长自印度—不丹—中国交接处的紧张局势爆发后的第一次会晤。 Except for a statement asking China to stop all development activities in thedisputed land, Bhutan has not spoken anything about the stand-off while Indianmedia cover the issue with priority. “Bhutan has conveyed to the Chinese side,both on the ground and through the diplomatic channel, that the construction ofthe road inside Bhutanese territory is a direct violation of the agreements andaffects the process of demarcating the boundary between our two countries.Bhutan hopes that the status quo in the Doklam area will be maintained as before16 June, 2017”, the Bhutanese press release read. 除了要求中国停止在有争议的土地上开展所有开发活动的声明外，不丹还没有就这一僵局发表任何言论，而印度媒体却积极报导这一问题。 不丹在新闻稿中说，“不丹已经通过私下管道和外交渠道向中方转达，在不丹领土内的道路建设直接违反了协议，影响了我们两国边界的划分进程。 不丹希望洞朗地区的现状，可以维持在2017年6月16号之前。” Thedisputed area lies within Bhutan where Indian army made attempts to stopChinese soldiers from building roads.
