这里有个缩写-拉丁名-中文名的图片,没错,就是图片。缩写没按字母排序,找得我眼花缭乱。

小哈喜欢授人以渔,把过程分享出来。下面这些操作,生信盲在Window系统下就能搞定。有人说R算不上编程语言,它就是一个隐身的Excel表格。很多问题都能找到相应的R包来解决。
包治百病!
miRBase有个包——mirbase.db,前天刚更新了说明文档。

在R里输入下面两行,安装mirbase.db包
source('https:///biocLite.R') biocLite('mirbase.db')
然后输入下面这两行 library(mirbase.db) write.table(toTable(mirbaseSPECIES),file = 'organism.txt',quote = F,sep = '\t')
就输出了这样的列表,跟上面提到的图片里的顺序是一样的。第二列是三个字母的缩写,第三列是学名。
