围棋的起源 The origin of GO GO is originated in China more than 4000 years ago .There are many different claims about the origin of the game. The oldest and most popular saying is the 'Yao making go'. 围棋起源于中国，已经有超过4000多年的历史。关于围棋起源的年代，历史上有许多不同的说法。其中最古老、最为流行的说法是“尧造围棋”。
Before Tang Dynasty,go spread to Japan .Then,it spread to other countries in Asia. In nineteenth century,it spread to europe. Now,there are more than 40 countries and regions in the world to play go. Among them,China,Japan and South Korea have reached the highest level. Weiqi has become an important international sports competition. 唐代以前，围棋传入了日本，随后又传入到朝鲜等亚洲其他国家。19世纪，围棋传入到欧洲。现在，全世界已经有超过超过40多个国家和地区下围棋，其中中国、日本和韩国的围棋水平最高。围棋在国际上已逐渐发展成为一项重要的体育赛事运动。
