偷懒神技,无渲染快速拼贴制作效果图 No-Render Quick Collage

开篇A神大体介绍了一下这类后期制作方式的优势和特点,那当然就是无与伦比的速度优势,后期制作通常更加轻松,而且没有必要去保持合适的透视角度,元素的组合拼贴会更加有趣,几乎没有什么规则,简直是交(偷)图(懒)神器啊。当然A神也指出,这种类型的效果图非常适合侧重大思路和氛围而不是细节的非正式汇报,而他用这种效果图来推敲设计方案,特别是景观和建筑材料方面设计元素的使用,非常有效率。当然小编认为,在A神快速出图的基础上,同学们再花些心思着重处理一下细节和色调问题,是完全可以做出媲美渲染级效果的图像的。


I was in need of some purely right brain thinking so I decided to skip modeling and V-Rayaltogether and see what I could turn out with a half baked Sketchup model andsome Photoshop. This meant generating a collage style illustration. These typesof illustrations are great for speed but also for informal presentations wherebroad ideas and atmosphere are the focus and less about the details. Postprocessing is typically much looser and maintaining proper perspective isunnecessary. Instead, compositions are more playful and there are almost norules. For this image, I saw it as a way to flesh out some ideas that I hadabout landscape and building materials. I didn’t have time to refine the 3dmodel so a collage allowed me to quickly throw some ideasaround and see what worked. You will notice that in the end, very little ofthe original Sketchup model base image was still showing.


1. Base Image/底图



The model was looking pretty rough but inthis case, it doesnt matter. I am more or less goingto use this image as a guide for laying down other textures and materials inPhotoshop.


首先A神用一个几乎没有什么细节的糙模导出了这张图片,作为在PS中添加材质和肌理的参照图。

 

2. Background/背景


Here, I threw in a quick background which Ididnt bother cutting out. I also extracted the steelstructure of the Sketchup base image and placed it on its own layer. Since itwasn’t rendered, I darkened the Steel to give it an abstract look.


接着A神依旧奔放的导入了一张用场地照片快速拼贴的、未经仔细剪裁的背景图,同时把SketchUp 底图中的钢结构部分抠了出来,放在单独一个图层里,因为没有经过渲染,A神索性就把这些钢结构给涂黑了,来突出它的抽象特性,小编觉得在细节相对不足的情况下,这是非常聪明讨巧的一种做法。

 

3. Textures/材质



I scoured the internet looking for texturesand placed them in a folder so that I could grab them quickly once inPhotoshop. These are some of the ones I used though I found many other


在这里A神又一次体现出了神一般的强大,所有图片素材都是网上面临时找来的!请收下小编的膝盖……当然单说google的搜图能力也是把度娘甩出好几条街的,所以同学们平时要注意素材的积累,同时要有耐心的搜索可用素材。另一点值得学习的好习惯就是,A神把适用的素材都集中整合在了一个相应的文件夹里面,这样在后期过程中可以随抓随用,大幅提高效率。没有养成这个好习惯的同学们可是要拿出小本本来把这条好好记下来了哟。

 

4. Screens and Landscape/幕墙和景观



I was going back and forth between metalmesh screens and wood slats, but ended up going with the metal because of itsindustrial look. I also placed a base layer of wild grass to help define theground plane.


A神在用金属穿孔板还是木质格栅做幕墙这个问题上犹豫了一下,最终还是选择了金属材料,因为它更加具有工业化气质,同时还新建了一个图层,在地面上铺满了野草材质。

 

5. Brick Architecture/砖砌建筑


The existing main street consists of manyhistorical brick buildings and I wanted to bring that language into the newdesign. Speed was the priority here so I didn’t spend a lot of timemeticulously adding the brick architecture. I did however add a shadow to helpseparate the brick facade from the screen and give the image some extra depth.


这一步里,A神为了呼应场地周边主干道两侧充满历史感的砖砌建筑,在方案立面上同样运用了砖砌材质,为了追求速度他并没有细致剪切这些砖砌建筑,同学们为了追求细节和最终效果的完美,可以在这里多花点时间,把导入的砖砌立面细致处理一下。为了给图面一定程度的进深感,A神在砖砌立面和幕墙之间添加了阴影图层。

 

6. Tracks/铁轨


Not only did I insert the railroad tracks,but I began carving out more white space to free up the different zones of theimage.


A神将置入图中的铁轨的周边剪切出若干空白区域,使几个不同的区域有了明晰的分界,同时使得图面元素不至于过度饱和。

 

7. More Vegetation/更多植物



An important part of this design is tointroduce local wild grasses and flowers to the site as well as use it as atool to connect the site with the architecture. I therefore played this aspectup in the image by really saturating the colors and using many different texturesin the landscape.


在这个设计中,A神将当地的野草和野花作为重要元素引入设计,使得整个方案能更好的嵌入场地文脉。于是后期处理中,A神通过增加色彩的饱和度和在景观中使用各种不同材质这两个手段来突出表现这一元素。

 

8. Detail/细节



Using the Topaz Labs PS Plugin, I increasedthe detail and sharpened the image which gives much more clarity to thevegetation. The final result actually ended up much less “collagy” than Iexpected but still served its purpose as a design tool. It also makes the pointthat you can get decent imagery fast without complicated models or renderingengines.


在这一步里面A神利用 Topaz Labs PS 这一外挂滤镜增加了画面细节并且锐化了图像,以便更好地区分不同的植物,这样整个画面显得更加丰富有层次感了。这个滤镜的官方下载地址是http://www./adjust,然而是收费的!而是收费的!是收费的!费的!当然不用这个滤镜,同学们也可以自行调整出同样牛逼闪闪的细节和层次感,只不过需要更多时间和耐心,以及比较过硬的美术功底。最终A神自己也觉得,其实呈现的“拼贴感”并没有他设想的那么重,真是英雄所见略同啊。小编认为,这张在没有精细的模型和渲染引擎的情况下完成的效果图,已经有相当棒的表现力了。

 


At the last second, I also tried out theimage in black and white which brings with it a whole new set of readings andhierarchies. The steel structures are much more dominant and takes on theindustrial feel that I was looking for.


最后A神把整张图片调成了黑白色调,为了寻找新的解读这张图的方式,其实小编觉得黑白色调反而没有能把原图那种工业化的感觉表现出来,还是彩图更能把这种沧桑感和锈蚀感发挥的淋漓尽致,因此关于色调的问题各位同学可以根据需求自己调整。

拼贴图的优势

设计的表现手法多种多样,那么拼贴图优势在哪儿呢?容我慢慢道来.....


1)场所感

    拼贴所包含的信息量是其它表达形式难以企及的;直白而富有冲击力。设计中的各元素平铺直抒,简洁而有秩序,给观图者以无限想象空间,可以营造出独特的场所感。也是竞赛作品中经常使用的表现手法。


2)艺术性

    和传统的商业表现相比,拼贴图展现了更强的艺术感染力。突破了材料,时间,空间的限制。同时也有别于毕加索、马蒂斯等艺术大师完全抽象的艺术风格。


3)易操作

拼贴图比效果图渲染要更容易入门,但是对艺术和美学的更高。对纹理、质感有敏锐的嗅觉。对前期素材的寻找及素材的处理,至关重要。所以说用拼贴的方式做出高质量的图也是需要功力的。
