Meniere's disease 梅尼埃病? 1.Syndrome of insufficiency ofbrain marrow 髓海不足证
Main symptoms and signs: 主要证候 Vertigo and tinnitus with repeatedonset, hypoacusis, listlessness, aching pain of loins and knees, red tonguewith scanty fur, thread and rapid pulse. 眩晕、耳鸣、反复发作，听力退减；精神委靡，腰膝酸软；舌红，苔少，脉细数。
Therapeutic methods: 治法 Nourishing yin and kidney, replenishing essence and marrow. 滋阴补肾，填精益髓。
Chinese medicine : 方药 The prescription used is themodified Qiju Dihuang Bolus (Bolus of Six Drugs, Rehmannia with Wolfberry andChrysanthemum) composed of 10 g of Gouqizi (Fructus Lycii), 10 g Juhua (FlosChrysanthemi), 10 g of Shudihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata), 10 g ofShanzhuyu (Fructus Corni), 10 g of Shanyao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae), 6 g of Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan Radicis), 10 g of Zexie (Rhizoma Alismatis) and 10 g of Fuling (Poria). 杞菊地黄丸加减：枸杞子10g，菊花10g,熟地黄10g，山茱萸10g，山药10g ， 牡丹皮6g ，泽泻10g，茯苓10g。
2.Syndrome of qi deficiency of upperenergizer 上气不足证 Main symptoms and signs: 主要证候 Repeated onset of vertigo, lusterlesscomplexion, low voice, scanty food intake, lose stool, pale tongue with whitishfur, thread and weak pulse. 反复发作眩晕，面色不华，语声低微，食少，便溏；舌淡，苔白，脉细弱。
Therapeutic methods: 治法 Nourishing qi and blood, sending up lucid yang. 补益气血，升发清阳。
Chinese medicine : 方药 The prescription used is the modified Guipi Decoction (Decoction forInvigorating the Spleen and Nourishing the Heart) composed of 10 g of Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae), 10 g of Huangqi (Radix Astragali seu Hedysari),10 g of Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodes Marocephalae), 10 g of Fuling (Poria), 10 gof Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), 10 g of Longyanrou (Arillus Longan), 10g of Suanzaoren (Semen Zixiphi Spinosae), 10 g of Baijili (Fructus Tribuli) and3 g of Gancao (Radix Clycyrrhizae). 归脾汤加减：党参10g，黄芪10g，白术10g，茯苓10g， 当归10g，龙眼肉10g，酸枣仁10g，白蒺藜10g，甘草3g。 TO BE CONTINUED。。。  |
