迎合口味推出特色美食

For the sake of making more pleasant products, KFC spared on efforts in the aspect of products localization and adopted three methods.

The first step is reforming exotic flavor in china. The chicken used in hamburger is chicken breasts which is very popular among American. However, Chinese people are in favor of the chicken thigh. So after conducting research, KFC use the chicken thigh in their hamburger.

首先就是改革中国的异国风味。汉堡包里的鸡肉是美国非常流行的鸡胸脯肉。然而，中国人喜欢吃鸡腿肉。因此，在进行研究后，肯德基在他们的汉堡中使用鸡腿肉。

The second step is introducing Chinese -tasted fast food which suit to Chinese eating habit. KFC tailors some products for Chinese consumers, such as Egg & Vegetable Soup.
