He obtained his BS of Chemistry from Xi’an Jiaotong University in China (2003), MS of Chemistry from National University of Singapore (2005), PhD of Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2010), and performed postdoctoral training at the University of California-Davis (2010-13). |
