According to a report by Business Insider, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella sold 35.9 million dollars worth of his shares in the company on Friday.

A filing with the SEC shows that Nadella sold 328,000 shares, roughly one-third of his common stock in the company.

Business Insider reports that the sell-off represents Nadella's biggest stock sale since taking control of Microsoft in 2014.
