Methods Relevant clinical study literature in recent 30 years in PubMed, China Biology Medicine disc (CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）, Wan Fang Database, VIP Database and TCM Online Database was retrieved, and eligible articles were selected in order to build a prescription database of auricular acupoint therapy for simple obesity. On the basis of complex network techniques, the core acupoints and combination rules of auricular acupoint therapy for simple obesity were analyzed, and the characteristics of auricular acupoint therapy for simple obesity were analyzed comprehensively. Results There were 46 network nodes of auricular acupoint. The top 16 core acupoints for auricular acupoint therapy for simple obesity included Nèifēnmì (内分泌CO18), Pí (脾CO13), Wèi (胃CO4), Sānjiāo (三焦CO17), Jīdiăn (饥点), Shénmén (神门TF4), Dàcháng (大肠CO7), Pízhìxià (皮质下AT4), Fèi (肺CO14), Shèn (肾CO10), Jiāogăn (交感AH6a), Kŏu (口CO1), Gān (肝CO12), Xiăocháng (小肠CO6) and Năo (脑). The combination of auricular acupoints was mainly based on the main indications of acupoints. The analysis of auricular acupoints combination indicated that the combination of CO4 with CO18 was applied most frequently, which was followed by the combinations of CO13 with CO18 and CO13 with CO4. According to the analysis of auricular acupoint stimulation methods, ear point taping and pressing with Wángbùliúxíng (王不留行, Semen Vaccariae) seeds was used frequently, which was followed by magnetic beads taping and pressing and pyonex therapy. Auricular acupoint therapy combined with acupuncture for simple obesity was used most commonly, which was followed by auricular acupoint therapy combined with catgut embedment in acupoint and simple auricular acupoint therapy. Conclusion In this study, the core acupoints and combinations of auricular acupoint therapy for simple obesity were explored effectively, and the pressing materials and major combined intervention methods were summarized and analyzed, thus providing references and treatment thoughts in terms of the point and prescription selection of auricular acupoint therapy for simple obesity. KEY WORDS simple obesity; auricular acupoint therapy; complex network techniques; prescription analysis [摘要]目的：探索耳穴疗法治疗单纯性肥胖的核心穴位与配伍规律，进一步分析耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖处方特点。方法：检索PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库（Wan Fang）、维普数据库(VIP)及中医药在线数据库(TCM)30余年来相关临床研究文献，录入符合要求的文献，构建耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖处方数据库。基于复杂网络技术，对耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖的耳穴核心穴位和核心配伍穴组进行分析，并对耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖处方特点展开全面分析。结果：耳穴网络节点共46个，耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖的前16个核心穴位依次为内分泌、脾、胃、三焦、饥点、神门、大肠、皮质下、肺、肾、交感、口、肝、小肠、脑。耳穴配伍主要根据穴位主治作用进行配伍，耳穴配伍分析提示胃与内分泌配伍应用最多，其次是脾与内分泌、脾与胃。耳穴刺激方法的分析中，以使用王不留行籽耳压居多，其次是磁珠及揿针。耳穴联合针刺治疗单纯性肥胖最多，其次是耳穴联合埋线及单纯耳穴治疗。结论：本研究有效挖掘出耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖的核心穴位及配伍穴组，总结分析压材及主要联合的干预方法，为临床耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖的选穴用方提供参考依据和治疗思路。 [关键词]单纯性肥胖 耳穴疗法 复杂网络技术 处方分析 《世界针灸杂志 》World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion 《世界针灸杂志》（英文版）创刊于1991年，是由国家中医药管理局主管，世界针灸学会联合会、中国中医科学院针灸研究所和中国针灸学会联合主办的国际性针灸学术期刊。《世界针灸杂志》全世界发行，同期发行意大利文版。 2012年，《世界针灸杂志》被收录进入Science Direct数据库。2015年，被中国科学引文数据库（CSCD）核心库收录。2016年被国际著名科学文献出版公司科睿唯安（原汤森路透集团） Emerging Sources Citation Index（ESCI）收录，可在Web of Science 核心集合子集中查询，与SCI源刊同路径检索与下载。《世界针灸杂志》编委会由全球范围内的46位知名专家组成，其中境外专家占58.7%。2018年起，《世界针灸杂志》成为爱思唯尔全流程合作期刊，全面实现了出版流程和排版的国际化。 World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion (WJAM) was established in 1991, which has been administered by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People's Republic of China, sponsored by World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS), Institute of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CACMS) and China Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustion (CAAM). It is an English version academic journal from China and publish throughout the world, and the Italian version is published correspondingly. In 2012, WJAM was collected by Science Direct. In 2015, WJAM was collected by Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD). In 2016, WJAM was selected into the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) which is hold by the famous International scientific literature publishing company Clarivate Analytics (original Thomson Reuters). The papers of WJAM can be searched in the subset of Web of Science Core Collection and can be searched and downloaded the same way as the journals collected by Science Citation Index (SCI).
