Basic review of methods for Cochrane systematic review

ABSTRACT: Cochrane systematic were Made by members of Cochrane groups who were followed the Cochrane handbook. The outcomes of Cochrane systematic reviews are clinical practice guidelines of evidence-based-medicine. Cochrane systematic reviews provide information about the effectiveness of interventions by identifying，summarizing，and analysis the results of primary clinic research，and they provide valid，reliable evidence for clinical practice and health decision-making. They differ from traditional reviews produced by using a replicable，scientific and explicit approach that seeks to minimize bias. This paper will introduce the basic methods of Cochrane systematic reviews in order to help those who will perform Cochrane systematic review.

0 引言 临床医学的系统评价（Systematic Review）是一种临床研究方法，是根据预先提出的某一具体的临床问题，采用经过预先设计的方法，全面收集、选择和评估相关的临床原始研究，逐个进行严格筛选出合格的研究报道，并从中提取和分析数据，得出科学的综合结论，为临床疾病的诊治提供证据。也称为综合分析（Overview，Systematic Overview，Pooling Project等）。但是中国循证医学/Cochrane中心将其统一翻译为"系统评价"。 Meta-分析是在文献评价中，将若干个研究结果合并成一个单独数字估计的统计学方法。其采用统计方法，将多个独立、针对同一临床问题、可以合成的临床研究综合起来进行定量分析。当系统评价采用了定量合成的方法对资料进行统计学处理时即称为Meta-分析（Quantitative Systematic Review，定量系统评价），也可以不采用Meta-分析（Non-quantitative Systematic Review，定性系统评价）。系统评价研究的内容可包括病因、诊断、治疗、预后、预防、卫生经济等内容。由于Meta-分析是Cochrane系统评价的主要方法，故目前国内外文献中"Cochrane系统评价"常与"Meta-分析"交叉使用，意义相同。 1 Cochrane系统评价的目的 在进行传统的单个临床研究由于受研究的设 |
