英语中介词短语的就是好，既可以做主语，也可以做宾语等：

所谓介词短语是指：介词和介词宾语一起构成介词短语（prepositional phrase）。

介词短语在英语中可以做好多种成分，只要可分为以下6种：

（1）做主语

例如：Most of the studentswent to the classroom.

（2）作宾语

例如：The eight thieves served a sentence of between 2 and 7 years.

（3）做补语

例如：As a scientist,he was dedicated to the truth.

（4）做表语

例如：We arefrom China.

（5）做定语

例如：A friendin needis a friend indeed.患难见真情.

（6）做状语

例如：To a great extent ,it is not fair.在很大程度上，这是不公平的。
