 ~学生选题实例 日积跬步，以致千里 ——学生代表在PBL报告会上的演讲 演讲人：2018级 姜一菲 2019.03 Thank you all for your presence today, I do hope you have had some basic ideas and understanding about our PBL project. Our class was divided into 4 groups. We needed to come out with our own brand new topics. Before we actually set off thinking the about topics, I thought choose a topic was really easy but eventually I realized how naive I was. For the very first time I felt that having too many options was not such a good thing. It seems to me that there were just too many choices to pick one. The topic can be either interest based, subject based or future major based. We were just overwhelmed by all the options available. Maybe in the morning I was still thinking about investigating on the reason why girls always scream? By noon I started wondering if oxygen would kill people, then in the afternoon I began to wonder how butterflies fly. All group finally confirmed their topics through weeks’ struggling. Also, numbers of problems that were all encountered in the process of our experiment as well. For example, we all had different opinions on purchasing apparatus and materials and it was also quite a challenge for us to draft the experiments or design our own questionnaires. Although problems were never out of our way, our never-say-die spirit helped us to overcome them and we are proud to say that we made it. Thanks everyone for your persistence. Well done! “Trial” and “error” is one thing we always stick to. Absolutely, failures lead to success. One more important thing, we learn to study independently. Experiments, PowerPoint slides and everything related to the PBL project we have managed to complete on our own. Like what people always say “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” “Rome was not built in a day.” This is our first project we are just like babies towards real research. I believe that with our enriched research experience, we will be better in the future. Thank you for your attention. 02 首先谢谢大家今天来参加我们的报告会，希望通过今天的汇报展示，大家能对我们的PBL课题有基本的理解。 项目开始时，班里的同学们被分成四个组，我们需要自己选出研究课题。在我们真正开始思考之前，我觉得选择一个课题是件非常容易的事，但是我渐渐发现这是一个多么幼稚的想法。我第一次觉得有太多选择并不是件好事儿，这意味着难以选择。我们的课题可以是个人的兴趣爱好、学科偏好，或是以后的专业向往。我们曾面对着不同的岔路手足无措。 或许在早晨我想要探究女生为什么喜欢尖叫，而在中午我便开始想氧气会不会成为人类致死的因素，到了傍晚我却又开始好奇蝴蝶是依靠什么飞起来的。 经过了数月的挣扎，每个组终于都确立了自己想要研究的课题。 当然，不同的问题也随着研究的推进接踵而来。比如，实验前期关于实验器材的购买就会出现不同意见，独立书写科学报告和设计调查问卷对于我们也是一项不小的挑战。虽然问题和麻烦从来没有彻底离开我们的研究进程，但是我们永不言败的精神让我们最终克服了困难。所以现在我相信我们每个人都可以很自豪的说“我们做到了！”而在这里我也很想对我的同学们说，谢谢每个人的坚持，大家都做的很好！ 反复尝试和出错是一个必要的过程。当然，失败也常常引领我们走向成功的道路。在这个过程中我们学会了一个重要的技巧，就是独立学习。实验，幻灯片和其他的一切与PBL课题相关的事情，需要我们独立地规划和完成。 我相信，生活一直就像人们常说的那样，不积硅步无以至千里，不积小流无以成江海。这是我们的第一次研究性实验，在真正的科研面前我们仍然稚嫩。但是，随着经验的积累，我们将来一定可以做得更好。 谢谢大家!
