On September 21st, a video released on WeiBo about a woman named Li in Xi’an, Shaanxi, who rented an apartment went viral....

The News as it appeared online
Beauty, Dump and Drama On September 6th, Ms. Chen, the landlady, was told that her tenant, Ms. Li, who was a self-proclaimed internet celebrity with over 1 million fans, would be moving out on the 19th. Knowing this, the landlady tried to contact her to finish the final checking-out procedures. On the 19th, the landlady experienced a shocking sight when she went to check on her apartment. Li was nowhere to be found, and the place was completely messy, and even had dog droppings which caused it to smell terribly. Thus, she tried to call Li, but the number was canceled.

Helplessly, Chen tried to hire someone to clean the mess but no one would do it after seeing the place. This even happened when she offered to pay 500 Yuan to have it cleaned, while the market price was 300 Yuan.
Per Chen, she signed a three-year rental contract with Li on September 21st, 2017. In February 2018, she discovered that Li had a dog. Then she found that the door-frame, furniture in the apartment had been damaged due to the dog biting them. She immediately notified Li that the contract would not be renewed after it expired. She asked Li to restore the house to its original state before moving out.
This September, Li promised to move out, with the agreement to restore the damaged furniture. However, Li not only made Chen’s apartment a total mess, but also registered a company in the apartment without Chen's consent. Lastly, she owed more than 3,000 Yuan in property, heating and water fees. This left the landlady with no other option, but to call the police.

Apology, Compromise and Forgiveness
On September 23rd, with the intervention of the police, Li came to the apartment to clean it up and apologize to Chen. She also paid all of the oustanding fees to the landlady.
Being asked about why she left Chen such a mess, Li explained herself. Firstly, she was busy due to her business trips, and secondly she was hospitalized due to physical problems, on the day before she moved out. She also stated that she gave the responsibility to her assistant, but was surprised when she found that it was not followed. However, she did admit that it was her fault.
As of now, the two sides have reached an agreement. Chen said, ' After all, Li is a young girl, and she deserves a second chance. '

" After all, Li is a young GIRL...” sorry, but that’s not how you spell PIG. 🐷 And age has got nothing to do with it.Fahraaz Dockrat EF Changzhou This is one of the most disgusting things I have seen. It seems to be a common problem though. Hygiene isn’t something that is thought to kids here in China. Parents don’t teach them, nobody does. They are more than willing to live with filth all around them. Teach your kids general hygiene before you try teaching them English, music and everything else. Even a kitten is taught by its mother to clean itself and it’s surrounding... When the outside is the only thing that matters When young people have everything done for them, they can’t do anything for themselves. Mmmm when they have advanced bachelor in make up and dressing up but amateurs in hygiene and simple house chores = a disaster of a girlfriend 🤦♂️ Must be horrible to invest in an apartment here, cost millions for a tiny place, the rent is so low that you need to rent It for like 70 years to get your money back, and in top of that the people that live there Have zero respect for the property and damage everything Results of the one-child policy... OMG! Poor dog! What happened with him after living with this owful person?! I have recently read an article which explained why nobody in Tokyo wants to rent out an apartment to the Chinese. A number of similar cases have occured. Tenants dissapearing, apartments in disarray, etc. Generally in big cities, like Berlin or Paris, nobody will let you lease unless you provide reccommendation letters from legitimate sources (like colleagues or previous landlords, nor friends any family). It is a normal practice. Dirty ass girl blacklist her Is this what her heart looks like?Beautiful on the outside but a crap mess inside Should have been hospitalised for her Mental check up instead of Physical.... Feel sorry for the dog living in that apartment. Let alone her boyfriend expecting to have a meinui future wife in her home only to find his home..... Cleaning up was obviously beneath her. No small irony in the landlady's tshirt. Is it about forgive the young girl; or did she get compensation?
