英语中并没有和“跨年”一一对应的词 我们口中所说的“跨年” 其实就是告别今天的最后一天 迎接新年的第一天 往往都会以参加一些活动的方式来度过 英语中通常会用 “celebrate New Year’s Eve” 来表达， 不是“Cross the year”哦 
In the Gregorian calendar, New Year's Eve (also known as Old Year's Day or Saint Sylvester's Day in many countries), the last day of the year, is on December 31. In many countries, New Year's Eve is celebrated at evening social gatherings, where many people dance, eat, drink, and watch or light fireworks. Some Christians attend a watchnight service.
