摘要
医院机构图书馆和个人图书馆,是基于数字化、信息化、网络化环境,为了方便学术交流而将医院机构内和个人的科研成果、文献、著作等知识资源进行有序收集、保存、管理,形成本机构及个人自身知识资源的数字化资源库,并结合目前先进的资源挖掘、整合、重组及知识管理等软件技术实现对知识资源的统一整合、检索、共享,并且在此基础之上提供有价值的知识服务,医院机构内人员通过多种形式信息终端随时随地查阅资源。
