北欧某知名化工企业RPA案例分享

北欧某知名化工企业,长期服务于水密集行业客户,专注于制浆和造纸、石油和天然气、矿业和水处理等领域,在全球六大洲的40多个国家拥有近5,000名员工。

由于规模体量大、产业链条长,该公司的共享服务团队需要处理大量业务,面临着效率问题和质量挑战。为了应对持续增长的业务量,公司开始部署RPA,将生产力提升到全新高度。

实施RPA前

1.大量涉及手动数据输入、报告或数据质量检查的任务,消耗了员工大部分的工作时间。

2.采购流程需要在多个系统中完成,跨系统手动搬运数据,容易出现错误或遗漏。

3.员工每天执行大量简单繁琐的重复性工作,不仅效率低、负担重,还影响工作积极性和满意度。

实施RPA后

1.RPA代替员工自动录入数据,提高了业务效率,缩短了业务处理时间。

2.RPA可集成在SAP应用程序上,跨系统自动提取并处理数据信息,有效避免人为错误,保证数据准确性。

In recent years, with the rising of energy price, the upgrading of business is urgent. And how to reduce production of costing and improving production efficiency has become the key to the traditional chemical enterprises for upgrading in the next few years. 

Project Background

A well-known chemical enterprise in northern Europe has stable served customers in water intensive industries, focusing on pulp and paper, oil and natural gas, mining and water treatment, and has nearly 5000 employees in more than 40 countries on six continents.

Due to its large scale and long industrial chains, the company's shared service team needs to deal with a large number of businesses, facing efficiency problems and quality challenges. In order to cope with the continuous growth of business volume, the company began to deploy RPA to raise productivity to a new level.

Before implement RPA

1. A large number of tasks involving manual data input, report or data quality inspection which consuming employees' main working hours.
