2,CTO (fertilizer related, other similar industry also considered)   

 Job scope: 

The head of research and technology development work of whole SBU of Agriculture. 

The candidate is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of all aspects of R&D system, corporate with cutting-edge research institutes for bring latest technology to my client and technical transformation and industrialization. 

The candidate should be familiar with intellective property and lead a complete R&D system in the Great China region. 

My client's R&D system focuses on specific professional field, including life science and technology center (seed), agriculture R&D center (fertilizer), pesticides and foil pesticide research institute. our client has several applied research center (corps-oriented) throughout China and focuses technical transformation, which has engineering technology center and science and technology test demonstration bases.  

Subordinate: Around 200 people in Seed, Fertilizer and pesticide.

Salary: 1M ++

二,公司会在九月举办一场人力资源论坛,有兴趣的朋友可以报名,因为有名额限制,市场部会控制人数和质量,不保证通过。市场总监是个老外,英文好的和他说说好话也许就行了。

猎头公司的HR比猎头还难做啊,公司猎头素质越来越高,业务部门要求也越来越高。不过,做好了不也说明你们是人才中的人才嘛。

我做这个公号纯粹是看到太多职场中迷茫的人,想想自己也曾经是这样的无措,能活到今天多亏无数贵人相助,我从很多职场前辈处得到很多指点和养分,一直心怀感激,现在也算勉强有些能力了也想回馈社会,分享分享我的一些职场看法,就算有可笑的社会责任心吧。职场研究也是很专业的事,但在中国确实大部分人没把它当回事,我希望有更多的有才能的人分享经验,推动中国的职业化。不以此为业,咨询不收费。

但是我确实很忙,不要指望我随侍手机旁,及时回答。你们要是有问题希望得到回答,最好写得清楚点,不要指望我有时间和你玩猜猜猜,从一堆含糊不清的抒情体中猜问题。

以后我有空会写一篇:问题的质量决定回答的质量,等着,我一定会写。

3,不要玻璃心,混职场,看我的文章还受不了我的批评,随时欢迎拉黑取关,我不讨好读者,我希望我的读者在职场上都要有一颗橡皮心,我们一起屡败屡战。

如果我此生能对推动中国的职业化进程能尽一丝绵薄之力,也算不枉从业一场。
