【原】都跟视力有关，see，look 和 watch 有本质的区别

see，look 和 watch 都跟视力有关，都是通过人的眼睛实现的。因为都跟人的眼睛息息相关，所以它们是常用的跟“看”有关的单词，但是它们还是有本质的区别。

一、see 指通过眼睛注意到或察觉到，是一种视觉感知。当我们睁开眼睛时，我们就开始无意中看到东西，而且毫不费力，例如：

See you tomorrow.

明天见。

Can you see my house over the cliff?

你能看见悬崖那边我的房子吗？

Bats can see very well in the dark.

蝙蝠在黑暗中看得很清楚。

You may not see much in dim light.

在昏暗的光线下你可能看不到多少东西。

I suddenly saw a bird fly in front of me.

我突然看见一只鸟在我前面飞。

Didn't you see Ram? He was waving at you.

你没看见拉姆吗？他在向你招手。

二、look 利用看的能力，指当我们试图看东西时，我们会做出特别的努力，把注意力集中在某物上。当表示看一个物体时，look 后面常跟介词 at，例如：

Look! It's snowing!

你看！下雪了！

Look at this photo! Isn't it beautiful?

看这张照片！很漂亮吧？

He looked at his watch and told me the time.

他看了看表，告诉了我时间。

Don’t look at me like that, I didn't do anything wrong.

别那样看着我，我没做错什么。

She looked at me and smiled.

她看了看我，笑了。

三、watch 跟 look 类似，也利用看的能力，但需要我们付出更多的努力，通常是连续的“look"或观察。我们观察的东西会以某种方式移动或改变，例如：

I like watching motor racing on TV.

我喜欢看电视上的赛车。

Watch the white horse as it enters the water.

看着白马入水。

I watched the sunrise.

我看了日出。

All day long I just watched TV yesterday.

昨天我看了一整天电视。

I like watching the spectacular sun set every day.

If you watch that egg for long enough you'll see it hatch.

四、watch a movie 和 see a moive 的区别

watch a movie 通常指的是在家里的电视或电脑上看电影，而没有去电影院，而 see a moive 通常指的是去电影院（go to the theather）看电影。

watch a moive:

They sometimes meet up to chill out and watch a movie. 

他们有时聚在一起，看场电影放松一下。

I decided to stay in and watch a movie. 

我决定待在家里看电影。

see a moive:

Do you fancy going to see a movie sometime? 

你想不想有空去看场电影？

I'm not in the mood to go see a movie. 

我现在没有心肠去看电影。

类似的还有 concerts，TV 等等，例如：
