这句话可以看做是Hey, you gotta hear what this person is saying的简写
以前我参加英文辩论赛的时候, 如果某人发表了非常精彩的观点或论述, 大家经常会一边敲着桌子, 一边说hear, hear
在一些很正式的场合, 比如国会/议会的讨论中, 也能听到hear, hear, 也是用来表示赞同
这里我们看到在非常口语化的场合, 比如别人的祝酒词你觉得很赞, 也可以用hear, hear
here, here是另外一种拼写, 表示相同的意思
here, here我觉得可以理解为I am here and I agree with you
有人认为hear, hear才是正确的拼写, 而here, here是错误的写法, 两种我都见过多次
