【原】教室拥挤，学生英语能力存疑，及格分数存在造假行为⋯⋯

在过去的15个月里，由于一些教育机构被发现过度拥挤以及学生的成绩作假，新西兰学历认证局（NZQA）对全国27家高等教育机构采取了行动。

新西兰学历认证局公布了一份名单，显示自去年5月初以来，一些机构已经面临多次干预。干预措施包括入学禁令、停止教授特殊课程，甚至取消教育机构的注册。

采取行动的原因包括没有正确评价学生的表现，教室拥挤以及对外国学生英语能力存疑。

目前，学历认证局正在采取行动，涉及13家教育机构，其中包括一所理工学院和一所毛利大学。

去年5月至今年7月下旬，学历认证局对零售商业和管理学院(Retail Business and Management College)采取了五项法律行动。

而其他三家机构——新西兰帝国理工学院(Imperial College of New Zealand)、新西兰国际学院(International College of New Zealand)和南昆士兰大学奥克兰学院(UUNZ Institute of Business)，则分别采取了三项不同的行动。

在过去的15个月里，以上的四家机构只是被要求停止招收特别课程学生的其中一部分。

另外，还包括康奈尔商业学院（Cornell Institute of Business）、新西兰国立学院（New Zealand National College），新西兰商学院（Institute of Commercial Education）以及毛利学院Te Wānanga o Aotearoa。

除此以外，学历认证局最近取消了新西兰国际学院(International College of New Zealand)三门商业课程的认证，因为该校被发现多达95%的及格分数存在造假行为。
