【原】肿瘤相关基因

看到一个数据库，其链接是；http://www.binfo./TAG/GeneDoc.php

之所以突然间想整理这方面知识点，就是看到这个数据库提到了： At current stage, 662 TAGs including 246 oncogenes, 265 tumor suppressor genes, and 151 genes related to oncogenesis were collected.  除了我们熟知的原癌基因和抑癌基因之外，还有一个癌症形成相关基因。虽然这个数据库已经是 Bioinformatics 2013 文章。

其实最全的是应该是：OncoKB, a comprehensive and curated precision oncology knowledge base, offers oncologists detailed, evidence-based information ，链接是：https://www./cancerGenes  OncoKB Cancer Gene List （1064 genes, last update 03/12/2021）

很多NGS队列文章，最后都会使用原癌基因和抑癌基因信息， 比如2019发表在cancer cell杂志的文章：《Genomic and Transcriptomic Landscape of Triple- Negative Breast Cancers: Subtypes and Treatment Strategies》在展现拷贝数变化情况的时候，就专门拿出来了原癌基因和抑癌基因进行可视化如下：

 

原癌基因

NCG是一个肿瘤驱动基因的数据库，目前最新版本为v6.0,  网址如下

共收录了2372个驱动基因，分成以下两个部分

1. 711 Known cancer genes
2. 1661 Candidate cancer genes

抑癌基因

抑癌基因，tumor suppressor gene，简称TSG ， 具有潜在抑癌作用的基因，通常它的缺失会导致癌症。

TSGene是一个从文献中收集整理的抑癌基因数据库，文章发表在Nucleic Acids Research，链接如下

数据库的网址如下

最新版本为v2.0版本， 1217 human TSGs (1018 protein-coding and 199 non-coding genes). ，同时对这些基因进行了多种注释，包括表达量，突变位点，蛋白相互作用等注释信息。

癌症形成相关基因

我看到了2018的文献：《CIGene: a literature-based online resource for cancer initiation genes》，链接是：https://bmcgenomics./articles/10.1186/s12864-018-4944-y

结论是：Subsequent cross-referencing of known tumor suppressor genes and oncogenes against the 177 CIGs identified 96 and 81 CIGs with and without known oncogenic roles, respectively.
