在3C消费电子产品行业的制造代工厂，如果你是负责搞模具和结构的，正常来说算核心岗位了，而又一部分人是负责表面处理制程，但又不完全对表面处理工艺负责，我收到了很多咨询，这些人都比较迷茫，多年做下来，不知前途在哪里...... 作为制造业工程师，我比较建议大家一定要广泛涉猎，除非你真的就是想研究某一特定领域，否则除了本部门所有的工作职责，包括跨部门工作职责，都应该去略微深入的了解，这对你将来的职业生涯发展大有裨益。 今天就以哈曼国际的CMF工程师岗为例，来看看乙方表面处理工程师和甲方CMF工程师匹配程度，说实话，即使是有丰富的表面处理开发经验，想拿到offer还是有一定难度的，但是如果有兴趣还是可以朝着这个方向发展的。
先来看看岗位需求，再谈工作职责，买卖不成，大家就当一起学学英语，我给大家翻译翻译。 Basic Qualifications: 基本需求： ·Bachelor degree in industrial design or similar field. 工业设计相关专业，本科学历 ·4+ years’ experience in CMF design with the clear record of material innovation and implementation on the consumer products. 四年＋消费类电子产品CMF设计，开发，导入经验。乙方的表面处理开发工程师对于CMF开发和实战经验绝对很丰富，因为大把的时间就在现场盯着做DOE，这个条件没毛病。 ·Awesome skills in creating renderings by using Keyshot or similar software. 这个有点儿专业需求了，用ｋｅｙｓｈｏｔ或同类软件做渲染图，这个自学还是可以掌握基本技能的。 ·Solid knowledge in 3D software’s such as Rhino, SolidWorks or PTC Creo as well as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. ３D绘图软件，PS怎么也是可以搞定的吧，其他的说实话我也不懂，我见过很多CMF工程师，并不是什么都可以用，但基本工具必须要会。 ·Interested and passionate for street culture, sports, music and fashion. 这个只要想拿到offer，啥激情都有。街头文化，运动，音乐，时尚，都不能丢。 ·Advanced knowledge of English, other languages are a plus. 敲黑板，进外企，英语不行可是真的不行。 ·Passionate about music, materials, color, finish and design. 对音乐，材料，颜色，表面处理，设计保有激情。 Desired Characteristics: 软实力： ·Open Minded and willing to work outside the box 愿意跳出固有框框，天马行空地工作。 ·Honest and understands the value in reporting both good and bad news 实话实说，实事求是。 ·Schedule driven 按计划行事。 ·Innovative and willing to take calculated risks 不怕犯错，敢于承担合理风险。 ·Able to work with aggressive goals on multiple programs 能够同时激进地完成多个项目。 ·Self-motivated to be the best he/she can be 自我激励，精益求精。 Job Responsibilities: 工作职责： ·Play an active role in our Design as well as Engineering team and be part of an eclectic group of great international environment 能够活跃在设计和工程团队之中，同时能够在国际环境中工作自如。 ·Be involved in all phases of the design process for CMF, from concept, over strategic, to tactical, and implementation 从开发到量产全程参与CMF设计与导入。 ·Evaluate costs and MP possibilities 评估成本与量产性。 ·Work very closely with ID and ME team to ensure that all color, material and finish samples are approved per schedule and SOP on time 与ID和ME一起ｒｅｖｉｅｗ，确认CMF在出货之前得到认可。 ·Spot lifestyle tendencies and turn them into new concepts along with multidisciplinary teams 关注生活新动向，同时和跨部门团队一起将之变为新概念。 ·Lead innovative concepts with the use of materials as well as explore special edition opportunities across different brands 通过材料的使用主导概念创新，并开发不同品牌的特殊版机会。 ·Establish and maintain relationship with our suppliers 建立和维护供应商关系。 ·Evolve the brand with new relevant CMF to keep the design language up to date 利用新的CMF来发展品牌，使设计语言跟上时代。 ·Manage the CMF library; continually keep the samples up to date 管理CMF样品库，不断更新使其保持最新状态。 ·Lead projects and deliver great presentations 主导项目并输出报告。 ·Create special edition CMF proposals to support marketing and partnership projects 有针对性创建CMF提案以支持营销和合作项目 ·Work independently by creating initiative and new business opportunities 独立完成新业务机会开发。 ·Explore special edition opportunities for all product categories 开发所有产品类别的特别版机会。 看上去很难很难的样子，其实很多大公司有很厉害ID，CMF的设计他们全权负责，CMF工程师更多是在解读和执行层面，还有在供应商层面的表面处理制程开发，这个要在面试的时候多了解，搞清楚需求和职责，不用太虚。
