今天在《花木兰》里听到这一句：

两句话的意思是不一样的哦！

Why don't you...? 意思是"为什么不…？"，是一种提建议的说法，跟"我们…，好吗？"意思是一样的；

Why don't you...? 可以简写为 Why not...?

为什么你不自己过来我家瞧瞧呢？(= 欢迎你来我家！)

所以，Why don't you believe Hua Mulan? = Why not believe Hua Mulan? 意思就是"为什么不相信花木兰？(= 我们大家一起相信花木兰吧！)"。
